During the 1960's, 70's, and 80's Cleveland, Ohio was an entertainment hub for musical talent and a gateway to superstardom.  The nationally broadcasted Upbeat Show show was shot in Cleveland, Ohio at the WEWS Television Studios on Euclid Avenue.  Upbeat enabled young people thirteen to nineteen years old to meet and work with various performing artists.  These artists are now well known and recognized as Legends of the 60's and 70's.
